Morrisons wins union backing for staggered staff payrise
Usdaw members have approved Morrisons’ proposed pay rise for store and manufacturing staff, which will see hourly rates rise to over £13 an hour by October.
As was first reported on April 22 by Retail Week, the grocery giant has proposed to stagger its pay rise over three tranches this year, alongside a rise in the national living wage on March 30 to £12.71 an hour.
